Larry Hernandez has more than 22 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry. His career began when he literally “answered the call” at a company called Manpower. He went in looking for a temp job; they were shorthanded, and Manpower’s branch manager told him to pick up a ringing phone. The rest, as they say, is history.

Since then, Larry has had roles as a Technical Recruiter at USAA,  Zappos, Rackspace, and currently consults with Microsoft.

Larry hopes to bring his years of experience using online sales and digital marketing best practices to grow and support his Young Living Team across the world.
